5.10 NOT to use the Green Land otherwise than for outdoor eating and picnicking and not
use that part of the Green Land shown hatched black otherwise than for outdoor
eating and picnicking .......
NOT to permit commercial operators vending ice creams or other foods to operate
on the Pink Land or on the Green Land
- provision of an informal picnic site car park and toilets for those wishing to visit ……..
- the retention and use of semi rural environment complementary with the surrounding area acknowledging at the same time sensitivities within the locality

5.11(a) NOT to use or permit the use of the Premises for any dangerous offensive noxious
noisome illegal or immoral activity or in any manner that may be or become a
nuisance or annoyance to the Council or to the owner or occupier of any
neighbouring premises.
5.11(d)NOT to sell alcohol or any other intoxicating liquors on the Premises
5.23(a)TO keep the kiosk and toilets open and available to the general public between the
hours of 0800 and 1800 each day, provided that the Tenant shall not be obliged to
keep the kiosk and toilets open after 1600 hours during the months of November,
December, January and February
5.23(c)TO keep the car park open and available to the general public between the hours of
0800 and 1800 each day
4th Schedule  - - Countryside aims for the Burford Bridge Picnic Site
1. The provision of an informal picnic site car park and toilets for those wishing to visit the
adjoining countryside and/or using the A24 as a break during their travels
2. The provision of countryside information by static displays and availability of leaflets to
promote not only the County Council's Countryside Estate but also the wider countryside and
the need for countryside management in general
3. The retention and use of a semi rural environment complementary with the surrounding area
acknowledging at the same time sensitivities within the locality
4. The provision of a catering facility of a high standard responsive to visitors' needs but
managed sympathetically bearing in mind local residential and commercial neighbours
